My so-called temporary Blogshop is Up & Running

This is my initial attempt to spearhead a blogshop. At last! I was determine to get it done & finally start from somewhere rather than nowhere. …I’ll name it as Suziana’s Closet. You should drop by, in a few days time & take a little peep at my clothe shop, yea?

I’ve started sourcing out for stuffs; bits & pieces of women’s apparel for the past two weeks or so to start my blogshop. The largest part items sourced are from Hong Kong, Taiwan & Korea to be exact plus a lil’ bit from here & there.

Hmm, sorry I don’t have time to upload them yet. I will soon, maybe tonight.

Currently on hand, I have loads of apparels from Taiwan & Korea. Very, very trendy; a good mixture of T-shirts, Long fitted shirts, Dresses, Denim, and many more.

Hye girls...Told you guys before (in the earlier post) that am searchin' high & low for flea markets & bazaars to participate in, right? Just so you know...I've got a spot @ 3K Inn Subang Jaya by luck, when a blogger-Sha could not make it. It's kindda last minute & everythin' was in a rush...stock ordering, collected the stocks, preparing this & that, packing and what not. Phew, what a day! Lucky, my-sis-in-law, Aisha gave a helpin' hand throughout the day. So, me, hubby & my sis-in-law will be participating in the said bazaar on the 15th August 2009 (which is tomorrow!) at 3k Inn, Subang Jaya organized by Fashionista's Bazaar. Must I say more? Just come & join us! We'll be there from 11am till 7pm. Opps sorry...I totally forgot to mention that I'll be letting go most of my warehouse sales hauls i.e. perfumes, cosmetics, MAC lippies, eyeshadows & etc. etc. Not forgetting accessories, clothes from Korea & Taiwan and the list goes on. And my fave shoppin' spot would be the Supre, Glassons, Fast & Loose, St Kevins Arcade, Paper Bag Princess in K-road, Jeans West, Westfield Downtown, Postie + (great bargain & mark-down cosmetics, hair care, and clothings); K-road shops (dirt cheap pre-loved authentic brands i.e. clothings, shoes, accessories and etc. & if you were to ask guys on why they'd prefer NZ...simple answer-->> the nightlife & adult entertainment happenin' at K-road. Don't ask me, coz I've never been to an adult entertainment place,ever...) and many more.
*The beaches;
*The lush weather;
*The very, very, laidback lifestyle;
*The seafood & sushi. My personal fave is the St. Pierre's Sushi & Seafood...(I had sushi for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Salmon/sake & lobster are to die for. Just imagine their lunch set/bento only costs around NZD4-9.90. Very affordable). Besides that, am missing their Turkish kebabs (Kebabs on Queens) too; Owh not forgettin' their Kiwi & avocado; Manuka Honey; homemade bread (topped with oats ,grains, barley, cinnamon, raisins to choose from);
*The Maori people, culture & arts...(suprisingly...they look like Malaysian Malays...);
*Their Musuems (free entry) & parks...
*Places of interest esp. along the countryside (ba ba black sheep; greeneries; mothernature; beautiful sceneries)
and the lists goes on & on.

i like everything about NZ and i miss it so much. Hubby might be going over to NZ for his business trip & I'm really hoping that I could tag along. (Hunny, I wanna go!!!)

What more can I say?...its just a wicked place to be!

P/S: The only downside of NZ would be their limited shopping hours.; unlike in Kuala Lumpur (never-ending). See below (madness isn't it?)

I was out for grocery shoppin' @ Carrefour Ampang, when I stumbled upon this Quaker Oats ---Q Vital in Creamy Vanilla...Taste so good, smells like heaven and filling too!!! Absolutely DELISH! If you're a die-hard fan of Vanilla or even Caramel (I am so much in love with Starbucks --Ice Blended Caramel), you should try it out. Seriously, no joke. So yummy!

These are some freebies-hunting-of-the-day without gettin' my fingers burn...

What's with people like me who go for freebies? It's not that I couldn't afford it...it's actually the joy & fun collectin' 'em. Many companies want us to try out their products and what not as a sample in the hope that we'll purchase 'em the next time we shop for groceries. and etc Even though, those samples are quite small or shall I say tiny in size e.g. 15ml, 7ml, 2ml and etc. but at least we can try 'em out before buying; to experience it in terms of taste, texture, and etc. On the other hand, nothing comes for free lorr...in order to obtain those free samples and what-so-ever, the least that they'll ask from you is your name, hp number & e-mail address; so that they could keep you informed of their new product launches , bargains and etc. via e-mail/sms which is far more cheaper than advertising in the newspaper or magazines. But to me, that's even better...I enjoy gettin' e-mail on latest bargains, offers...who doesn't, right?

Some did asked me on how did I managed to get free samples even though without any purchases...??? Hmmm...2 tips that I could share with you is that 1) depends on individual's luck 2) sweet talk, smile, look pleasant & show some interests in the said product. Well, good luck...

Bobbi Brown Makeover

Please note that this is not an extreme makeover but it's the Bobbi Brown Free Makeover that I redeemed as in just now @ Bobbi Brown, Pavilion. Well, nothin' great to shout 'bout Bobbi Brown's makeover...didn't like it that much. I still look like me; yea la..Bobbi Brown is known for its natural make up & not changing the way you look. If you ask me...to be honest, I'd still prefer MAC's makeover whereby it gives you 'that' dramatic look. (See pic below)

I had been eyeing for this pallette for the longest time! Noticed that skylarkz has been using this pallette religiously in her step-by-step eye tutorial & begun to fell in love with it. I did asked skylarz on where to purchase the said pallette; she got hers as a pressie from her bf thru' ebay @ RM70. But she has recommended me to contact missha80 as I might be able to get it for RM59. Hmm...am still in dilemma whether to get it or not. (Knowing me--a fickled-minded person..). Besides that, I did googled for 88 Piece Makeup Pallette on the Net & found that Coastal Scents is also sellin' it & loads of +ve reviews 'bout it.

This time...it's from Lisa...Lisa thought that I might want to try out Buds nappy rash cream as my lil' princess had it & nothing works so far..Name it...i've tried the Vaseline, Bepanthen, calamine lotion, 'cooking oil', and other nappy rash creams but still not much improvement. So, Lisa thought I should try out this Buds nappy rash thingy & let her know whether it works or not. Don't worry, Lisa...i'll let you know. Thanks for your concern.

Okay..okay...just a short note that I would like to share...I was there @ 6.10am; and I was amazed to see the incredibly loooooooooooong queue. Just imagine ...by the time I got there...the queue was 'till the entrance of the said hotel. I heard that some of 'em came as early as 3am. MyGosh...really salute you guys..Havoc, mad rush, jammed-packed, good bargains, crazy queues, I tell you. But lucky me...I was part 1 crowd to let in; which is great & was able to grab most of the items that's in my wish list. Pretty well organized; and I'm a happy girl...coz I love MAC to the bits; and am a Clinique fanatic fan....

1) We're the same age;
2) Same birthday month; which is in Oct; and only 2-days difference;
3) Both of us had C-section;
4) and now, our babies are born in the same year, 2009; but with a one-month gap; mine is a June baby; whereas, her's in July...

#Vaseline Intensive Cream @15 % off (for my baby's bottom, diaper rash. Heard that Vaseline Baby: protects chafed skin due to diaper rash, seals out wetness & treats and prevents diaper rash. Currently using Bepanthen; but not too good. Rashes still appears...hope this works! Besides, using it for 'diaper rash'...you could also use it for 'lip care' or even for skin relief purposes. Pssstttt...read that some couples use Vaseline as sexual lubricants as well. tee-hee)

I loike the idea of swappin' UNWANTED beauty product samples/the full-size product itself! i.e. eye shadows, skin care, lippies and what not. Otherwise, you'll be collecting dust & pillin' up in the closet; it's better-off if we swap 'em instead, right? A win-win situation for both parties. Agree?? How to lose that Baby Fat???

oH my...it's so difficult to lose that baby fat that I've gained throughout the 9-months of pregnancy. It's tuff to lose 'em. Today is my 19th day of confinement and my urut lady said that my tummy looks like i have not given birth yet!! (She's just talkin' crap...want me to add more urut sessions with her!) But today, asked my mom-in-law & she said that my tummy is shrinkin' and looks much better now. That's the downfall of having c-sect delivery; you have to wait for at least 2-3 weeks before able to tie the tummy binder (bengkung), 3 weeks to be able to drive; 5-weeks before hitting the gym, and 2-bloody months before able to go for post-natal slimming treatments or slimming treatment of any kind. Too bad uh??? Pity us who undergone c-sect. Good for you guys who went thru' normal delivery...

Oh btw, I've registered for a free slimming treatment from London Weight Management (but only can be redeemed after 2 months lah :() and plus I also have the Post Natal Slimming Treatment voucher from Slimming Sanctuary...can't wait to try 'em out.

For the time being, in order to lose weight...I've started on the 'jamu pills', weight loss tea, and etc. Hopefully all of that works lah. Otherwise, I'll stay Fat FOREVER...:(

To all the mommies-to-be out there, as you can see from the above piccas, these are the so-called "must-haves" stuffs during confinement. I'm religiously consumin' all of it such as red dates (with rock sugar); "batt chan cha", mushrooms, pepper, black pepper, garlic, ginger, 'tempe', & 'lobak putih' on a 'day-in-day-out basis'. Once in a while, I'll take some chicken soup and etc. All in all, hopefully I'll lose tonnes of kilos before I resume work...:)

says, "Guys, been to this warehouse sale yesterday and I must say...that the place was jammed-packed with people. Super crazy crowd! The prices were only so-so lah; not too cheap; not too expensive. Btw, instead of buying a play pen; me & hubby ended up buying a baby bed instead comes with a mosquito net, baby basket with a rocking function; which is also convertible to bed (which can be used till 10 years old or so) @ only RM260.00. Besides that, managed to persuade hubby to get me the Bottle Sterilizer @ only RM80.00. Well, THAT'S it! Can you believe it? That's It! Nothin' more; nothin' less. Hubby is contemplating on whether to get Baby Shasmeen a stoller which comes with a baby carrier @ RM430.00; so-called " The Travel Set". Hmmm...should we get it???
